General Manager

Katie Anderson began her Jackson Hole journey in November 2023, trading beaches for mountain life and quickly falling in love with the Tetons. Originally from Washington, D.C., with time spent in Miami and New York, Katie is a retired professional dancer and choreographer, having also worked in entertainment, education, marketing and hospitality. In addition to working in high-volume resorts and luxury hotels, Katie’s professional experience includes working with top-tier events from the Olympics, Super Bowl LIV, Carnegie Hall, New York Fashion Week, Live At The Apollo, Art Basel and others. Now leading The Kitchen team, Katie’s passion for crafting memorable moments and building meaningful connections is evident in everything aspect of her role as General Manager.

Luis Hernandez

Executive Chef

Luis Hernandez discovered his passion for cooking at just 10 years old. Born into a family rooted in the food business, he grew up surrounded by the rhythms of kitchens, meals and gathering around food. Chef Hernandez moved to Jackson in 2008 at age 14 and began formally pursuing his culinary interests before graduating high school. Chef Hernandez joined Fine Dining Restaurant Group in 2011, starting in the pantry at Osteria. Driven to learn as much as possible, he quickly progressed: two years later he took over the pasta station and by 2015 he had mastered every station on the line. After Osteria, Chef Hernandez spent time working in the kitchens at Q Roadhouse and The Bistro and became Executive Chef of Bin22 in 2017. Now Executive Chef of The Kitchen, Chef Hernandez brings more than a decade of experience within FDRG and a lifelong passion for food to his role
