The idea for The Kitchen was born from a passion to create a Jackson Hole restaurant that offers something unique, a refined yet approachable dining experience, where modern cuisine meets comforting familiarity.

Guided by a philosophy of simplicity, balance and clean presentation, The Kitchen showcases exquisite flavors with an artful touch. The menu highlights Asian influences and celebrates exceptional ingredients, from the freshest fish and meats to vibrant seasonal vegetables.

Set against the backdrop of Jackson Hole, the restaurant’s striking, contemporary architecture reflects the innovative spirit of its cuisine, creating a dining experience that is both elegant and memorable.

The Kitchen is part of Fine Dining Restaurant Group, founded by chefs and restauranteurs Gavin Fine and Roger Freedman. Since opening Rendezvous Bistro in 2001, Fine Dining Restaurant Group has been dedicated to elevating the culinary landscape in Jackson Hole, Wyoming with innovative flavors, warm hospitality and memorable dining experiences.

Over the years, the restaurant group has expanded to include beloved Jackson Hole restaurants and culinary experiences, including Bin22, Il Villaggio Osteria, The Bistro, Bodega, Cream + Sugar ice cream, Bovine & Swine craft meats and Bistro Catering. Since 2001, Fine Dining Restaurant Group remains owner-operated, ensuring that each concept reflects their unique approach and passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality.
