Josh Murray, General Manager
Josh Murray began his hospitality career when he was 18 years old. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Josh worked for Iron Chef Morimoto at his restaurant in Philadelphia. It was during this time Josh decided to transition from the back- to the front-of-house. A move to Jackson in 2013 brought him to the food and beverage department of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, followed by a time with the Four Seasons Jackson Hole. In 2022, Josh joined the Fine Dining Restaurant Group team as the manager of The Kitchen, leading the team with a service-forward approach and a passion for mixology.
