Javier Dominguez, Manager
Originally from Spain, with a degree in law and business management, Javier didn’t originally set out to be in hospitality. After a time in management control at a factory in Renault, he decided to leave the desk job for a dynamic, ever-changing career in restaurant management. Javier moved to the Jackson Hole area for the first time in 2013, when he worked every front-of-house position within the restaurants in Grand Teton National Park. He fell in love with the valley and worked his way up within Grand Teton National Park, becoming Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for Grand Teton Lodge Company. In 2018, Javier joined the Fine Dining family as manager of The Kitchen, where he leads the team to provide a seamless, unique dining experience for guests. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with knowledge of German and Swedish, when he isn’t working, Javier spends his time traveling, hiking, camping and playing sports (particularly lacrosse).
