Chef Joe Boyles, Executive Chef
Like many successful chefs, Joe Boyles was born into the culinary world. The son of a professional and at-home chef, Joe was surrounded by talented chefs from a young age. Joe’s passion led him to culinary school, where he graduated and went on to work in notable restaurants around Kansas City for over a decade. His vast experience opening several restaurants around the city and cooking a variety of cuisine styles then brought Joe to Jackson Hole to join the Fine Dining team as the Executive Chef of The Kitchen. Joe’s use of bold flavors and textures sets his style apart, as does his behind-the-scenes focus on leadership, professional growth and team work.
