Having honed his skills in a variety of excellent restaurants and resorts from North Carolina and Hawaii to Washington and Wyoming, chef Ash embraces the philosophy of serving simply prepared dishes where full flavors, high quality, seasonal ingredients, creative composition and sound cooking techniques marry to present remarkable culinary creations.
