Jesse Rezin, Executive Chef
Jesse Rezin has been a member of the Fine Dining family since 2004 when he moved to Jackson Hole as a sponsored snowboarder. Initially serving and bartending, Jesse was inspired to pursue a culinary-focused career by working with Fine Dining chef and owner Roger Freedman. With new aspirations of becoming a chef, Jesse left Jackson Hole for a time to attend culinary school in Canada. Upon graduating, Jesse returned to Rendezvous Bistro, where he worked his way to Sous Chef, followed by a time as Sous Chef at sister property Roadhouse Pub & Eatery and then a return to Rendezvous Bistro as Executive Chef. In 2018 Jesse took the helm as Executive Chef of The Kitchen, where his passion for Asian cuisine and his mindful approach to culinary presentation is communicated in each dish he creates.
